Annie Meldrum is a Certified Professional Trainer. She has been training dogs since 1991 and professionally since 1996.
Annie is a former Police Officer with over 1o years of experience in law enforcement. As a Police Officer, she was fortunate enough to work with Police K9/Handler teams and assist in various training exercises. She left law enforcement to pursue her love and her passion...Dog Training.
In 1996, Annie attended National K9 School for Dog Trainers in Columbus, Ohio, where she spent 6 weeks living on campus studying dogs 24/7. This included many areas of training, canine behavior and psychology, kennel management, dog health and diseases, breed characteristics, traits and identification, as well as general health, care, grooming and nutrition for dogs.
She graduated as a Certified Professional Trainer, and her training certification includes: Canine Behavior, Basic and Advanced Obedience, Personal Protection, Utility and Retrieval, Police K9, Tracking, Search and Rescue, Scent Discrimination and Handicap Assistance Training.
Annie also continues her education and expertise by attending various training seminars and workshops throughout the year and around the country.
She is also a member of the National K-9 Dog Trainers Association and a Professional Member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.
Annie lives on a 20-acre farm with her husband, Pete, their two children and their pack of dogs!

Gen is a rescued Doberman, and was slated for euthanasia. I was (at least) her fifth placement at only about 2 years of age. She is a very intelligent, very willing and very loving dog. Please consider adoption, and please Spay and Neuter your pets!!
