What exactly is your Lifetime Guarantee?
We guarantee that you will get the results agreed upon at the end of your dog's training program for any of our residency training programs (this means any program where WE actually train the dog). Whether it is simple obedience or off-leash reliability, we WILL deliver! Our success depends on your satisfaction. Keep in mind, however, that dogs will be dogs, and no amount of training will guarantee that your dog will never, ever behave badly again; but that's where your life line to us comes in! If you do experience problems with your dog, we are only a phone call away, and believe it or not, most instances can be resolved over the phone, because it is usually a handler error (sorry, being brutally honest here, folks!). However, if a phone consultation cannot resolve the issue, then we will schedule a time for you and your dog to come in (or we may come to you, although a travel fee will be applied), and we will work out the problem in a private session. We try to make handling easy enough for anyone, even without any prior dog experience, to be able to understand and implement.
How long does this guarantee last?
When we say "lifetime" we mean it! For the life of your dog!!
How can you offer such a guarantee?
Because we are so confident in not only our ability to train your dog, but also the ability to transfer the skills needed to be a leader, to you! As long as you do your homework, follow up and practice with your dog to reinforce his new behaviors, you will have a lifetime of faithful companionship and a wonderful relationship!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please keep in mind, in regard to the training, that you will only get out of it what you put into it! In other words, use common sense, and understand that it is your duty and responsibility to work your dog, practice with your dog and exercise your dog both physically and mentally. Firm leadership, understanding and trust will not transfer over to you if you do not perform this key element, and failure to do so will make our follow up portion of the guarantee null and void! So keep it simple, and do your part!!
